Maybe you have a clear vision of the design you would like for you wedding or event, and still want someone that can help you with all the details and planning. This is the perfect customized package for you. We will guide you through the entire process in our full production planning, just without the design aspects. This is definitely for someone that is busy and still wants someone to help ensure all the details are handled. would like to handle some of the detail yourself. Event Management
Event or Wedding Management is sometimes referred to as “Day of Coordination.” This is perfect if you already have your venue and you are looking for recommendations for event professionals. You’ll be given a detailed checklist and access to your own personal Work Room. We will check availability of event professionals for you, you will book them directly and we check in with you monthly. About two months prior to your event date is the time you will transition for MTR Event Design to confirm all the details with your event professionals. You’ll be given a final checklist to fill out, we’ll conduct a final walk-through of your event space and create a detailed timeline and schematic.
It is important to understand that there is quite a bit of detail still involved in this, so we don’t just show up on your event day and manage your timeline. There are confirmations with your event professionals, timeline to be developed, final schematic of your event space and numerous emails and phone calls to ensure your day is everything you would like you and your guests to experience. This is definitely perfect if you like to plan most of the details of your event yourself, but want to enjoy the last few months and the event day.
